We'll capture a 3D iTero scan and map out your personal smile journey, so you can see how it'll look at the end.
2
Aligners Delivered To Your Door
Transform your teeth in as little as 3 to 6 months with a series of clear, comfortable, custom-made aligners.
3
Long Lasting Results
Maintain your smile for good with personalised retainers perfectly fitted to your mouth that you wear overnight.

Invisalign® vs. Traditional Braces

Here's a clear side-by-side look at what most patients care about: appearance, comfort, flexibility, and day-to-day.

Many foods cause issues (e.g. sweets / nuts).
✓
Brush normally after removing aligners.

Require regular time-consuming cleaning.

How much does Invisalign® cost at Broad Street?

Treatment typically starts from around £2,500 and can range up to £5,500+ depending on the complexity of your case and how many aligners you need. At Broad Street, our current offer saves you £500 off your treatment, plus over £1,100 of free treatments to get your smile looking its absolute best. We also offer 0% interest-free finance to spread the cost!

How long does Invisalign® treatment take?

Most cases take between 6 and 18 months depending on complexity. Simpler cases like mild crowding can be done in as little as 6 months, while more complex bite corrections take longer. We'll give you a clear timeline at your free consultation.

Does Invisalign® hurt?

You may feel some pressure when switching to a new set of aligners, but most patients find it far more comfortable than traditional braces. Any discomfort usually settles within a day or two.

How often do I need to wear my aligners?

20–22 hours a day for best results. You only remove them to eat, drink and brush your teeth, and it's fine to take them out for a special occasion.

Can I see my results before I commit?

Yes. We use a 3D iTero scanner to show you a 3D simulation of your final smile before you start treatment. It's included in your free consultation.

What's included in the free consultation?

A full assessment of your smile, a 3D scan and smile simulation worth £250, and an honest conversation about whether Invisalign® is right for you. No pressure, no obligation.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer interest-free finance so you can spread the cost into manageable monthly payments. We'll talk you through the options at your consultation.

Am I a good candidate for Invisalign®?

Invisalign® can treat crowding, spacing, overbites, underbites, crossbites, and open bites. The best way to find out is to book a free consultation — we'll assess your case and let you know honestly whether Invisalign® is right for you.

What happens at the free consultation?

You'll get a free consultation and 3D smile simulation with one of our Invisalign® dentists. If you're approved for treatment, you'll unlock over £1,700 in savings including £500 off treatment, free whitening, free retainers, and more.

Do I have to commit on the day?

No. The consultation is completely free and no-obligation. After your consultation the next step will be a full Orthodontic Assessment, which you can book in on the day if you wish before committing to the full treatment plan.

How do I book?
